About Us
OUR STORY
Being the fourth generation of Cattle and sheep farmers in the heart of the Kalahari, near the little town of Vanzylsrus, we grew up with the basics of what such a fast and secluded landscape can offer.
Our predecessors did not have the luxury of retail stores on their doorsteps as the closest big town is Upington, a mere 300km away. Therefor it was crucial to learn the art of meat processing and preservation quickly and efficiently. With only the basic spices at hand, the recipes developed over time, was and will always be plain, pure and with no additives, colourants or MSG.
All our animals are free range, and have been farmed the same for generations. We pride ourselves in the quality of meat we produce and use in all our products.
